Sensei Gallagher first began his martial arts training in the late 1960's, and in Danzan Ryu jujitsu in the late 80's.  He is certified by the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation as a massage technician in Seifukujitsu, deep-muscle restorative therapy. A member of Shoshin Ryu Yudanshakai, the American Jujitsu Institute, and the American Teachers Association of the Martial Arts, Owen currently holds the rank of Sandan, 3rd Degree blackbelt.
